Basketball Recap: Nipomo Takes a Loss

Nipomo lost against Atascadero last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Nipomo Titans took a 43-30 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Atascadero Greyhounds. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Nipomo's loss dropped their record down to 11-14. As for Atascadero, their win was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-10.

Coming up, Nipomo will be playing at home against Santa Maria at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Nipomo is facing Santa Maria at the right time seeing as Santa Maria is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Atascadero, they will square off against Pioneer Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
