Calvary Day had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Whitefield Academy WolfPack on Thursday as they made off with a 15-6 win. Considering the Cavaliers have won 16 matches by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Calvary Day has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-7 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for Whitefield Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-10.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Calvary Day beat the WolfPack by a score of 12-5 later that day.
