Joseph City put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Ganado Hornets 19-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 8-0 last Thursday.

Lorelai Sander made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 5.2 strikeouts per game. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI and one double. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Amber Neill, who fired off two home runs and five RBI while going 2-for-2. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in home runs. Gabby Jesmer was another key player, scoring two runs while going 4-for-3.

Joseph City was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .905. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .320 or higher in 14 consecutive contests dating back to last season.

Joseph City pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season.
