Soccer Game Preview: Beverly Hills vs. Knight

The Beverly Hills Normans will square off against the Knight Hawks at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Beverly Hills took a loss when they played away from home two weeks ago, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed last Tuesday. They never let Hawthorne get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory.

Meanwhile, Knight and Eastside finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw last Wednesday.

Sophia Jurado and Estrella Meza scored both of the Hawks' goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Beverly Hills' win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-6-2. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those three matches. Knight's draw gives them a new season record of 5-9-4.
