Basketball Recap: Credo's Win Ends Seven-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Credo). They took down the Elsie Allen Lobos 41-25 on Friday. For the Gryphon, this counts as revenge for the 42-20 victory the Lobos walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Credo to victory, but perhaps none more so than Reilly Fay, who posted 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Maya Leach, who had ten points.

Credo's win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-6. As for Elsie Allen, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Credo will be playing at home against Technology at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Elsie Allen, they will head out to square off against Pacific Union College Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Elsie Allen is facing Pacific Union College Prep at the right time seeing as Pacific Union College Prep is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
