Basketball Recap: Huntington Park Takes a Loss

Huntington Park lost against Bell last Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Huntington Park Spartans came up short against the Bell Eagles, falling 43-22. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Spartans have suffered against the Eagles since May 29, 2021.

Bell's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Natalia Estrada, who posted 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Destiny Ramos, who scored nine points.

Huntington Park has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season. As for Bell, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-9.

As of now, neither Huntington Park nor Bell have any future games scheduled.
