Soccer Recap: Bloomington Takes a Loss

Bloomington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the San Gorgonio Spartans, falling 5-0. The Bruins were probably out for revenge after losing 3-1 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Bloomington's loss dropped their record down to 1-12-1. As for San Gorgonio, their win bumped their record up to 13-2-4.

Bloomington has already played their next game (against Colton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. San Gorgonio will host Rim of the World at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. San Gorgonio's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Rim of the World's offense will have their work cut out for them.
