            Carver High School of Engineering & Science posted their closest  victory since November 27, 2023 on Thursday. It was close, but they ultimately received the gift of  a  46-43 win from a begrudging Carver High School of Engineering & Science squad. The  victory was all the more spectacular given their disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings  (they are ranked 274th, while Abraham Lincoln is ranked 93rd).
  Savannah Hall was  her usual excellent self,  putting up 22 points. Another player making a difference was  Desiray Zepp, who  posted 11  points.
