Basketball Recap: Cupertino Piles Up the Points Against Macdonald

Cupertino was handed a heart-breaking three-point defeat in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against MacDonald on Tuesday. The Cupertino Pioneers blew past the MacDonald Condor 46-12. That 34 point margin sets a new team best for the Pioneers this season.

The victory got Cupertino back to even at 9-9. As for MacDonald, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cupertino will challenge Mountain View at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Mountain View will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Cupertino surely won't give up without a fight. As for MacDonald, they will face off against Santa Clara at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
