Basketball Recap: Carter Comes Up Short

After flying high against Eisenhower last Monday, Carter came back down to earth. The Carter Lions came up short against the Fontana Steelers on Wednesday, falling 47-24. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 37-35 two weeks ago.

Carter has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 17-8 record this season. As for Fontana, their victory bumped their record up to 16-9.

As of now, neither Carter nor Fontana have any future games scheduled.
