Softball Recap: West Branch Comes Up Short

If West Branch was feeling good fresh off their 13-6 takedown of Columbus on Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bears took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Regina Regals on Monday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bears of the 10-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in June of 2024.

West Branch's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Regina, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-9.
