Maranatha kept a clean sheet against Northview on Saturday. They ended the year with a bang, routing the Northview Vikings 5-0. The result was nothing new for the Minutemen, who have now won five matchups by five goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Northview from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.

Maranatha now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Northview, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-4-1 record this season.

Maranatha will square off against Valley Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Northview, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on West Covina at 3:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
