Carrollton had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it seven on Friday. They skirted past the Haralson County Rebels 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Carrollton's win bumped their record up to 19-2. As for Haralson County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carrollton will host Chapel Hill at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
