If Varnum was feeling good fresh off their 10-0 takedown of Bowlegs last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Whippets took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Asher Indians on Thursday. The Whippets' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
