Arise will head out to face off against the Lighthouse Community Wolves at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Arise is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5.7 goals per game this season.

Arise gave up the first goal on Thursday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top in a nail-biter against AIMS College Prep, sneaking past 2-1. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Arise's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked fourth, while AIMS College Prep is ranked 62nd).

Angel Ordu?a and Cristian Ortiz scored both of Arise's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Meanwhile, Lighthouse Community had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over Golden State Prep back in September. With Lighthouse Community ahead 4-1 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Arise's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Lighthouse Community, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.

Arise took their victory against Lighthouse Community when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for Arise since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
