Monroy came up big in Downey's 52-51 loss
Downey came up short on Tuesday despite Alexis Monroy delivering her best game to date. Monroy made a splash, scoring 17 points along with five steals. It looks like she has Pitman's number considering she had a big game the last time she faced them, too.
Monroy and Downey won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on January 31st.
