            Coyle extended their losing streak  (dating back to last season) to 13  on Thursday, dropping them down to 0-7. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost  11-1 to the Carney Bulldogs, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  4-0  back in August.
As for Carney, their win  ended  a  four-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 13-9. That ten run margin sets a new team best for them this season.
 For Carney's part,  the team  relied heavily on  Gracie Hernandez, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI. That's the most  RBI  Hernandez has posted since back in August.  Emmalynn Drake was another key player,  going a perfect 1-for-1 with two  runs and one  RBI.
 Coincidentally, Coyle and Carney will both be playing Agra the next time they take the field. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Bearcats at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday, while the Bluejackets will  host them  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
