Santa Margarita wins going away against Temple City

On Saturday, Santa Margarita strolled past Temple City with points to spare, taking the game 49-32.
Temple City's loss came despite strong showings from Kristi Huynh and Tallulah Trieu. Huynh scored 16 points, while Trieu scored 7 points along with 6 rebounds and 3 steals. The game was Huynh's seventh in a row with at least ten points.
Santa Margarita's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Temple City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.
Santa Margarita will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against Cerritos at 6:30 p.m. on December 4th. Cerritos has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 258 points over their last four matches. As for Temple City, they will square off against Sonora at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
