Baseball Recap: Inter-Lakes Comes Up Short

Inter-Lakes fell victim to Kearsarge and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 17-0 to the Cougars. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lakers of the 10-7 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2025.

Inter-Lakes' loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Kearsarge, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-11 record this season.

Inter-Lakes will head out to square off against Belmont at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lakers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Red Raiders have averaged an impressive 8.2 runs per game this season. Kearsarge does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
