Baseball Game Preview: Northwest Catholic Indians vs. RHAM Raptors

The Northwest Catholic Indians will head out on the road to square off against the RHAM Raptors at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Northwest Catholic has given up an average of 7.3 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Northwest Catholic came up short against Lewis Mills on Friday, falling 14-1. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northwest Catholic saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bryce Bonds, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run. Bonds has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last seven times he's played.

Meanwhile, Saturday just wasn't the day for RHAM's offense. They lost 10-0 to South Windsor on Saturday. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Raptors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Northwest Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for RHAM, they now have a losing record of 6-7.
