Softball Recap: Campbell Takes a Loss

Campbell fell victim to Buford and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 16-0 to the Wolves. If the Spartans were looking for revenge after losing 13-0 to the Wolves when the teams met back in August of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

This is the second loss in a row for Campbell and nudges their season record down to 2-6. As for Buford, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Coincidentally, Campbell and Buford will both be playing River Ridge the next time they take the field. The Wolves will head out to face the Knights at 6:45 p.m. on Friday, while the Spartans will play them later in the day, at 8:30 p.m.
