Soccer Game Preview: Brother Rice vs. St. Laurence

Brother Rice hasn't had much luck against St. Laurence recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Crusaders will host the Vikings at 7:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

On Tuesday, Brother Rice and DePaul College Prep finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

The Crusaders' goal came courtesy of ANTHONY PIECH, who's now up to 12 this season.

Meanwhile, St. Laurence hasn't lost a match since September 21st, a trend which continued in their latest game on Tuesday. They played to a draw too, finishing 1-1 against Chicago Mt. Carmel.

St. Laurence's draw gives them a new season record of 12-2-3. Meanwhile, Brother Rice's record is now 4-9-3.
