Soccer Recap: Santa Clara Takes a Loss

Santa Clara was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 10-1 to the Beacon Hill Gryphon. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Saints were already down 5-1.

Santa Clara's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Beacon Hill, they now have a winning record of 1-0-1.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Laguna Blanca the next time they take the pitch. Santa Clara will host Laguna Blanca at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, while Beacon Hill will head out to face them at 3:00 p.m. on January 14th.
