Basketball Recap: Campolindo Piles Up the Points Against Concord

Campolindo won the last time they faced Concord and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Campolindo Cougars took their game with ease, bagging a 66-36 victory over the Concord Bears. Given the Cougars' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 235th, while the Bears are ranked 895th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

When it comes to explaining why Concord lost, don't look at Lamiyah Washington. Despite the final result, she posted 29 points along with six rebounds and three steals. That was a full 80.6% of Concord's points, marking the fifth time in a row she's had more than a third of the team's points.
