Juan Godoy Game Report: @ Boerne-Champion

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Juan Godoy: he recorded his first sack on Thursday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made 17 total tackles (1.0 for loss) as Alexander took down Boerne-Champion 35-28. We hope Godoy's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Godoy and Alexander will be playing in front of their home fans against Veterans Memorial at 7:30 p.m. on the 19th. The Chargers will enter the matchup having just beaten Rio Grande City, so the Bulldogs will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
