Softball Recap: Wayne County Wins Going Away Against Citizens Christian Academy

After only one run in their last match, Wayne County made sure to put some runs up on the board against Citizens Christian Academy on Friday. The Yellow Jackets were the clear victors by an 11-5 margin over the Patriots.

Wayne County now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Citizens Christian Academy, their loss was their first of the season and also makes their record 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wayne County will head out to challenge Jeff Davis at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Citizens Christian Academy, they will face off against Fullington Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
