Softball Recap: Williamsburg Picks Up Tenth Straight Win at Home

Williamsburg won the last time they faced Solon and things went their way on Monday too. The Raiders came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 5-1. Winning may never get old, but the Raiders sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Williamsburg's victory was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-2. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Solon, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-6.
