Southeast Colorado had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it eight on Tuesday. They blew past the La Junta Tigers 12-2. Considering the Angels have won six games by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Southeast Colorado's win bumped their record up to 9-2. As for La Junta, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-8.
