Softball Recap: Seminole County's Losing Streak Snapped at Five Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cairo, Seminole County was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Southwest Georgia STEM Charter Aggies by a score of 9-4. The win was some much needed relief for the Indians as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Seminole County picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 3-8. As for Southwest Georgia STEM Charter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Seminole County is set to face off against their familiar foe Pataula Charter Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Southwest Georgia STEM Charter will take on rival Randolph-Clay at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
