Football Recap: Pine Tree's Run of Three Straight Wins Now Over

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matchups, Pine Tree finally came back down to earth on Friday. They fell 17-10 to the Lindale Eagles. The Pirates were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

The Pirates will face off against Palestine at 7:30 p.m. on Friday with a big rank advantage (241 vs. 726). Meanwhile, Lindale (ranked 122nd) will meet Henderson (ranked 332nd) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
