MaxPreps takes a look at the top 10 high school sports programs in each state.

The MaxPreps Cup examines which high school sports programs have had the most success during the Fall Sports season. Awarding points based on size of state, sports participation levels, playoff enrollment levels and playoff classification size, the MaxPreps Cup determines the top high school programs in the country.

Following is a look at the top 10 high school sports programs in each state based on the MaxPreps Cup formula.
