Cary Christian won the last time they faced St. David and things went their way on Friday too. The Knights took their game with ease, bagging a 54-19 win over the Warriors. Considering the Knights have won six contests by more than 21 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Reed Harvey was his usual excellent self, throwing for 290 yards and four touchdowns while completing 91.7% of his passes, and also rushing for 68 yards and one TD on only five carries. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in passer rating (170.1). Cennoth Kalisiak was Harvey's top target, picking up 156 receiving yards and three scores.

Cary Christian didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Michael Allen, Marcus Reinalda, and Andrew Smyrski picked up one apiece. Smyrski has been hot recently, having also posted six or more total tackles the last three times he's played.

Cary Christian's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for St. David's, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-6.

Looking ahead, Cary Christian will face off against Wake Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Knights will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 30.5 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. St. David's does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
