Softball Recap: Vanoss Takes a Loss

Vanoss lost against Hartshorne last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Wolves lost 11-1 to the Miners.

Vanoss dropped their record down to 10-8-1 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Hartshorne, their win bumped their record up to 19-6.

Looking ahead, Vanoss will square off against Stuart at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Hornets' pitching crew has only allowed 1.2 runs per game this season, so the Wolves' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Hartshorne, they will face off against Soper at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Bears will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Miners surely won't give up without a fight.
