Football Recap: Chisholm Comes Up Short

Chisholm was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 32-20 hit to the loss column at the hands of Ely/Northeast Range/Vermillion Country. The Bluestreaks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Ely/Northeast Range/Vermillion Country apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Chisholm's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Ely/Northeast Range/Vermillion Country, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Looking ahead, Chisholm will look to defend their home field on Friday against Barnum at 7:00 p.m. The Bombers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Bluestreaks surely won't give up without a fight. As for Ely/Northeast Range/Vermillion Country, they will take on East Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
