Baseball Recap: Stanton Takes a Loss

After flying high against Sidney on Monday, Stanton came back down to earth. The Vikings & Viqueens came up short against the Lenox Tigers on Wednesday, falling 17-1. The Vikings & Viqueens haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Stanton's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Lenox, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Stanton will venture away from home to face off against Fremont-Mills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lenox, they will head out to take on CAM at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
