Soccer Recap: Madison Comes Up Short

Madison managed to keep up with Mira Mesa until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Madison Warhawks came up short against the Mira Mesa Marauders, falling 4-0. The Warhawks haven't had much luck with the Marauders recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Madison's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Mira Mesa, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-1-2.

Madison will welcome High Tech SD at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Mira Mesa, they will head out to challenge Canyon Hills at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
