Softball Recap: Southeast Warren Beats Moravia for Their Seventh Straight Victory

Southeast Warren came tearing into Monday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Moravia Mohawks as they made off with an 11-1 win. The Warhawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mohawks, too.

Southeast Warren pushed their record up to 14-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Moravia, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-20 record this season.
