Four must be Washington-Liberty's lucky number: they beat Wakefield School with that score not once but twice on Friday. The Generals beat the Fighting Owls by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 4-2. This was a revenge game for the Generals: when they faced off against the Fighting Owls back in April, they had to take a 8-5 loss.

Washington-Liberty is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for Wakefield School, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Washington-Liberty will square off against Langley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wakefield School, they will venture away from home to take on McLean at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
