Baseball Recap: Centennial Comes Up Short

Centennial lost against North Paulding back in April of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Knights came up short against the Wolfpack, falling 10-1. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Terry Settle was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.

Centennial's loss dropped their record down to 6-19. As for North Paulding, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season.

Centennial will venture away from home to square off against Hillgrove at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for North Paulding, they will challenge East Paulding at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
