Basketball Game Preview: Granite Hills Grizzlies vs. Woodlake Tigers

The Granite Hills Grizzlies will face off against the Woodlake Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Granite Hills' offense hasn't had much luck over their past three matches, but Tuesday's contest will give them a chance to turn things around.

Granite Hills is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Strathmore on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Granite Hills was beaten by Strathmore 65-19. The Grizzlies were down 51-16 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Woodlake challenged Corcoran on Friday. Woodlake had to suffer through a 66-21 loss at the hands of Corcoran. Having soared to a lofty 58 points in the game before, the Tigers couldn't push the score so high this time.

Woodlake has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season. As for Granite Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 5-12.

Granite Hills came out on top in a nail-biter against Woodlake in their previous matchup two weeks ago, sneaking past 37-34. The rematch might be a little tougher for Granite Hills since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
