Football Game Preview: Pratt Greenbacks vs. Andale Indians + Official Tickets

The Pratt Greenbacks will challenge the Andale Indians on Friday. Pratt is coming into the game hot, having won their last nine games.

Pratt is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They blew past Hugoton 35-14. The Greenbacks pushed the score to 28-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Eagles cut but never quite recovered from.

Pratt found their leader in sophomore Cade Liggett, who rushed for 201 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 9.6 yards per carry, and also picked up 55 receiving yards and one score. Liggett was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 59 yards. Cresten Pore was another key player, throwing for 198 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 passes.

Pratt was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 210 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 172 rushing yards in three consecutive contests.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Andale against Clay Center on Friday as the team secured a 51-6 win. The victory continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won four in a row.

Andale's win came from a few key players Pratt will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Sam Harp, who rushed for 188 yards and three TDs on only ten carries. Jack Horsch also helped out as he racked up 101 rushing yards.

Pratt's record now sits at 9-1. As for Andale, their record is now 10-0.

Pratt was taken down by Andale 43-6 when the teams last played back in October of 2023. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Greenbacks were down 29-6.
