West Fork came tearing into Wednesday's match with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Central Springs Panthers by a score of 4-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-1 back in June.

West Fork pushed their record up to 17-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.5 runs on average over those games. As for Central Springs, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-14.

Coincidentally, West Fork and Central Springs will both be playing Clarksville the next time they take the field. The Panthers will head out to face the Indians on Wednesday, while the Warhawks will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
