Soccer Game Preview: Justin-Siena vs. Petaluma

The Justin-Siena Braves will face off against the Petaluma Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Justin-Siena is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Sonoma Valley on Wednesday. Both finished up on equal footing with a 3-3 draw.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Petaluma). They never let American Canyon onto the board and left with an 11-0 victory on Wednesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Trojans considering their one-goal performance the match before.

Petaluma's win bumped their record up to 5-3-2. Justin-Siena's draw gives them a new season record of 3-4-1.

Justin-Siena beat Petaluma 2-0 in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Justin-Siena since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
