Eagle River has gone 8-2 against Bartlett recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Wolves are taking a road trip to face off against the Golden Bears at 8:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses apiece.

Eagle River is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Alaska's top teams: Bettye Davis East Anchorage, who was ranked 16th at the time (Eagle River was ranked eighth). The Wolves fell just short of the Thunderbirds by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Bartlett came up short against Service on Friday and fell 3-1.

Bartlett was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Service work for it, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-17, 19-25, 27-25, 25-13.

Eagle River's loss dropped their record down to 29-11-1. As for Bartlett, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-22-3.

Eagle River was able to grind out a solid win over Bartlett in their previous meeting last Friday, winning 2-0. Will the Wolves repeat their success, or do the Golden Bears have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
