Football Game Preview: Cromwell vs. Onamia

If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Cromwell. They will challenge Onamia on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Onamia will need to watch out since Cromwell have now posted big point totals in their last six contests.

Cromwell simply couldn't be stopped last Friday, as they easily beat Isle 60-8. Senior Kannon Korpela, who rushed for 194 yards and 2 touchdowns, was a major factor in Cromwell's success.

Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Onamia, and their matchup last Friday only extended their streak of losses to six. They were given a punishing 0-84 loss at the hands of Ogilvie.

Cromwell were fully in charge the last time the two teams met, breezing past Onamia 57-8. The rematch might be a little tougher for Cromwell since the team won't have home-field advantage. Watch the game and check back on MaxPreps to see if the change in venue makes a difference.
