Basketball Game Preview: Silver Creek Raiders vs. Westmont Warriors

The Silver Creek Raiders will challenge the Westmont Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Saturday, Silver Creek ended up a good deal behind Antioch and lost 46-28.

Meanwhile, Westmont waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 51-42. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 352nd, while the Bulldogs are ranked 734th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Silver Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Westmont, they pushed their record up to 16-6 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home.

Things could have been worse for Silver Creek, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 43-29 loss to Westmont in their previous meeting back in January.
