Soccer Recap: Sanger West Takes a Loss

After flying high against Corcoran on Tuesday, Sanger West came back down to earth. The Sanger West Hornets came up short against the Fowler Redcats on Tuesday, falling 9-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hornets of the 6-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2023.

Their goal came courtesy of Isabella Cisneros, who's now up to three this season.

Sanger West's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Fowler, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Sanger West has already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Woodlake on the 4th. As for Fowler, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 12-0 win against Corcoran on the 4th.
