Volleyball Recap: Unity Christian Takes a Loss

Unity Christian's tournament run continued when they took on Rochester on Saturday. The Lions fell 2-0 to the Rockets. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Sadie Reiterman paced Unity Christian's offense, picking up six kills. Reiterman really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with eight. Abby Jones controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Unity Christian's loss dropped their record down to 19-6. As for Rochester, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season.

Unity Christian has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Heritage on the 6th. Rochester has also already played their next contest (against Springfield), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
