Baseball Recap: Logan County Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Logan County took on Daviess County on Friday. The Cougars took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. The Cougars' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Logan County saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Drew McLellan, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Logan County's record now sits at 18-16. As for Daviess County, their record is now 5-23.

Coming up, Logan County will face off against Todd County Central at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Daviess County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
