Trinity entered their tilt with Uwharrie Charter Academy on Friday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with an 8-3 victory over the Eagles. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 5-1 win the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2025.

Trinity's record now sits at 13-3. As for Uwharrie Charter Academy, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-3.

Looking ahead, Trinity will challenge Community School of Davidson at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Uwharrie Charter Academy, they will be taking part in a tournament against Pinecrest at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Eagles 3.6, the Patriots 2.8) so any runs scored will be well earned.
